All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 7 business days or sooner. During our Holiday sales, shipping is up to 10 days due to the increase in volumes of orders.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.
Have you received my return?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process returns. Items need to be inspected before issuing credit
How do I return an item?
We will gladly accept your return for a Store credit with tracking number provided via email within 7 business days of receiving your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
