1. How do I purchase?
It's simple, if you see a product, you can shop it! Simply select your size (if available), then select "Add to Cart". Your item will appear in your shopping bag located in the top right corner of the screen. When you have completed shopping, click the mini shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2. How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items are in stock. If you are able to select your size, this means that item is available. If you attempt to select your size, however it's "greyed out" to you do not see your size listed, this means it is not available. You may also notice a flag on the items picture saying "sold out". Please note, holding an item in your shopping bag does not reserve that item. It will remain available to other customers until you have successfully completed your purchase.
3. What payment methods are accepted by Niki Denise?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ShopifyPay and Apple Pay.
4. How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and items shipped. At this point, you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If this is not possible, you will be quickly informed of the out of stock items and. your payment for those items will not be processed.
5. When will I receive my order?
Unless you have purchased a "Preorder" item, your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
6. Can I pick up my order?
For security reasons, all orders are mailed out. There are no pickup orders at this time.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then check the current status of your shipment. You can also email us at shopnikidenise@gmail.com and we can track the package for you. You will receive a text notifying you of the status of your order.
8. Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order once you have received your store credit code. Please note, you will not receive the store credit code until we have inspected the returned items and deem it acceptable for re-sale. Worn, used or damaged items will not be accepted and no store credit will be issued.
9. How do I return an item?
We gladly accept your undamaged, unworn return for a store credit or exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Poilcy is strictly enforced. ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. This includes Black Friday, Labor Day sales, etc.
All swimwear, lingerie and accessories are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Order Changes or Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed as long it has not been shipped. Any Pre-orders or Special Order items cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to make changes or cancel and order at shopnikidenise@gmail.com
